While writing and recording this album I couldn’t help but feel the greatest sense of pride in being a Philadelphian. I find myself compelled to express my deepest gratitude to you. The history of our culture, from the 2 raw for the streets dvd era to the freestyle Fridays on the come up show on power99, all has curated an unbelievable experience in hip hop for me. The city has always been a rough town but in that we’ve found a level of profoundness few truly experience. There is beauty in our struggle and our story is one of pain but also one of triumph. Thank you for opening your arms and allowing me to be part of the Rich culture that is Philadelphia. The City has been burned into my heart and I will be forever thankful.
