Bloody Monk Consortium & Boxguts – BOXMONX II

n 2020 LABAL-S and I started working on a project together with LugerLex on the beats. We recorded about 6 songs around that time and delegated them to different projects we were both working on, holding two tracks off to the side to build the new project with. We had “Gold Bullion” and “War Godz” as our first building blocks along with a few other tracks I had came up with hooks and verses for. While we were working on this project together, LABAL-S unexpectedly passed away. I still cannot fully express the sadness of this loss as I feel for all the people who love him and miss him dearly. While his passing has been incredibly difficult to process, I felt it was my duty to finish what we started. I brought up the idea of inviting Leeroy Destroy to finish the project LABAL-S, LugerLex, and I were building, and Lex agreed it was the right move. Leeroy Destroy graciously accepted, making this project a monumental continuation of our collaborative group – BOXMONX. Thank you Leeroy and Lex.
