In 1998, the movie ”He Got Game” dropped, and I thought it was wild—kind of dope — that the whole soundtrack was basically a Public Enemy album. One of the standout tracks for me was “Resurrection,” featuring Masta Killa. I’ve always loved the clean, punchy feel of the production on that song. It’s actually what inspired this blend project. The way Chuck D. and Masta Killa vibe together just works. Both of them have such a unique, undeniable flow and cadence. Honestly, Chuck D. sounds good on anything. All instrumentals used were taken from the original Sdtrk. All of the vocals from Chuck D. and Flavor Flav are pulled straight from the “He Got Game” soundtrack. Any extra vocals and sounds were added by Tycobb Blends. credits released March 17, 2025
