J Rawls & Rhettmatic = RawlsMatic After our joint album project being released on February of 2023, J Rawls & Rhettmatic decided to officially release “Role Reversal” on their respective Bandcamp pages for Bandcamp Friday!!! This particular edition contains Instrumentals for some of the songs on the album that’s not available until now!!! When we announced a while back that we were making a joint producer album together, a lot of people were surprised & of course, curious. Being that Rawls & Rhett have two different production styles, a lot of people couldn’t really comprehend what a J Rawls & Rhettmatic production would sound like. This album is culmination of everything that we are inspired by, put all into one. This is not a strictly Hip Hop album, no…..this is a Hip Hop/Soul/Instrumental album. And in the process of making this album, we were able to inspire & push each other that we were not used to doing. In doing so, our friendship become stronger & became family.
