The main reason the Amu Nu cookbook was created is for the 2 hour Middle Eastern mix that starts in 1969 and ends in 2024. The AMU NU mix covers funky joints from Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Armenia and many other Middle Eastern regions. I’ve included several record walls of rare Middle Eastern records throughout the book for my collectors out there!
