With a slinking Jack Danz production that could moonlight as the theme tune to a Sherlock Holmes thriller, ‘Black Clouds’ is arguably their most haunting effort to date, the duo hammering home the wider intentions of the LP as they bring “the evil back” on the hook. It is a fine reprise, and proves beyond doubt that the darker end of the cross-continental rap spectrum is alive and well during Halloween season. ~ Granuja y Jam Baxter se aventuran en otro alboroto crepuscular en forma de ‘Black Clouds’; el segundo sencillo del dúo desde Octubre. Con una producción furtiva de Jack Danz que podría funcionar como tema musical de un thriller de Sherlock Holmes, ‘Black Clouds’ es posiblemente su obre más inquietante hasta la fecha, el dúo recalca las intenciones más amplias del LP mientras traen “el mal de vuelta” en el estribillo. Es una excelente demostración y prueba sin lugar a dudas que el extremo más oscuro del espectro del rap transcontinental está vivo y coleando durante la temporada de Halloween.
